Beach life...

Did I mention that I love the ocean? yes! I love the ocean...Ocean is life, the waves are coming and going down all the time, that means to me renovation...I could not be happier than now, after I changed the cold England by the "caliente" Fortaleza, and for to work in the biggest company in the world...is something like Hollywood to a chemistry or a pharmacist....we can not let opportunities pass in our life! And it is impossible to be sad in a beautiful place like this...

So dear readers, do not be sad, nature is the most beautiful thing we have in this life and best is we don`t need not pay anything to enjoy it ...and don`t miss the opportunities that life give to us because we never know if we will have a second chance!

Smoking is not fashion!

Look my surprise, I wrote a text against cigarette and main photo in my blog has Audrey Hepburn (diva) smoking! I changed the picture!
  
Why cigarette is not fashion???


- Let the  teeth yellow and causes bad breath
- Prevents blood circulation and causes varicose veins (spots) and premature aging
- Destroys the hair and let bad smell
-decreases the willingness to exercise and let you with tired appearance
-let the clothes with bad smell 
-let you tired and sad

Do you need more reasons?

ps: Audrey Hepburn died early with cancer...just coincidence??

Five secrets for a beautiful hair...

I'm not sure if my hair is really beautiful but all my friends asked me what I do for to have my hair exactly as it looks like, and the secret..just five things:

-I always use conditioner after shampoo: shampoo has negative charge and conditioner positive. The hair must be neutral, so we need to use both, even if your hair is oily like mine. 

-I dry my hair with  hairdryer it is necessary to dry the roots and prevent grease.

-Once per month I use a neutral shampoo for deep cleaning.

-Once per year I do progressive brush.

-I cut the tips once every three months.

The big secret girls! My hair is curly!

But nobody believe! Because looks like the picture bellow the most time:

Exercise three times per week and no smoke can help you to have a beautiful hair! What do you prefer, curly or straight? Give your opinion!

Take care about you!

It is not ugly or shameful like someone and take care of someone...and if you like, you must take care. That's the reason I write here about cancer and cigarettes, I did a study at work in all types of cancer  more than 95% of sick people smoke, so this warning, take care and take care of  who you love.

Being stupid is not to do what their friends do, be stupid is to die with this horribly disease that destroys you and your family. If your friends insist that you must smoke, be careful, they may not be a real friend, because friends like and take care about who they like!

How to stop?

- Regular exercise, endorphins released meets the desire to smoke

- Sleep well, about 6 to 8 hours per night

- Love, good relationships keeps you calmer

- Medicines, some antidepressants inhibit the desire to smoke, and it is not bad to use, if you need a medicine you must to use, is better to the body and mind than smoke. It is hypocrisy to say that medicines are bad because are chemical substance, just one cigarette has over 1000 carcinogens while a medicine has just one chemical substance tested about 15 years in clinical trials about safety, toxicity and potential carcinogenic and it is marketed only after verifying that does not harm the health of the patient!

A special day!

When I´m not writing here I'm pharmacist and today is a special day, because is the Pharmacist's day in Brazil. Probably you don't have idea what is a pharmacist I you tell for you:

- the pharmacist is the alchemist of life but we are not looking for golden, we are looking for life
- we are discrete and silent we choose with care the correct time to our valuable work
- we are patient, assiduous and persevering
- we perform our work under the rules of hermetic since the grinding, setting, the distillation and coagulation
-  Bring with us, crucibles, glass vases and earthenware pots
- All of us are good people and illuminated
- and we avoid any relationship with people with nasty-tempered
- we want just to cure the  diseases of the world!

And that´s the reason I love to be pharmacist! I wish a good day to all of us!

I had wrote before, the secret is the eye, and the eye means, the person behind the camera...Instagram, Photoshop and more is just an additional to talented photographers! I really believe in people and I think we need to trust more about people, because the world is made to the people and not to the machines or cameras! I´m a bit Charles Chaplin and John Lennon today :D

So, the owner of the photograps wrote about his secret:

"There's no kind of manipulation. I did the image around 6h20min in the Gasometer. It was several attempts to achieve this result, achieved by a lower shutter speed and the use of flash. To make a nighttime shot, you decrease the shutter speed to capture the time of the photo is larger and it becomes clearer. In addition, the flash highlighted the doves, who were in front of the image. As the doves were in motion, the flash gave that impression of frame."
