Drunk vegetables
Some days we don't have idea what to eat and we open the refrigerator and apparently nothing can be used. Is it right? Sometimes not...give another look. If you find beer, vegetables and cheese you can cook this very simple and light food!
You will need mushrooms, a bottle of beer, half red onion, two tomatoes, carrots and curry. Cut the vegetables and saute the vegetables with a bit of water (I usually don't use oil in the food). When the vegetables are cooked add a teaspoon of curry powder, a pinch of salt and the beer. Cook for three minutes and serve over a slice of cheese.
